Akt Inhibitor IV Inhibits Akt protein kinase. Reports indicate that Akt inhibitor IV targets the ATP-binding site of a kinase upstream of AKT and downstream of PI3K. Akt inhibitor IV was observed to increase the sensitivity of glioma cells to radiaton. [1][2]
