Seratrodast (AA-2414) is a potent and selective antagonist of the thromboxane A2 receptor. Seratrodast (AA2414)is described to produce antioxidant effects, and is demonstrated to inhibit peroxide-induced vasoconstriction in human placenta. Additionally, AA 2414 inhibit bronchoconstriction in guinea pigs in response to leukotriene D4, U-46619, and platelet activating factor [1][2]
