Torin 2 is an orally available, potent and selective mTOR inhibitor with an IC50 of 2.1nM. It displays 800 fold cellular selectivity for mTOR over PI3K (cellular EC 50 values are 0.25 and 200 nM for mTOR and PI3K respectively). [1]
