Retigabine (Ezogabine, D-23129, Potiga, Trobalt) is an anticonvulsant for KCNQ2/3 currents with EC50 of 3.6 μM. Retigabine is a potent KCNQ channel opener.D23129 was very effective in elevating the threshold for electrically and chemically induced seizures.
