Interleukin-1 Receptor-Associated-Kinase-1/4 Inhibitor is a benzimidazole compound that acts as a cell-permeable, potent selective inhibitor of IL-1 kinases. IRAK-1/4 is shown to exhibit little activity against a panel of 27 other kinases, including, but not limited to, Ick and src. [1]
